Theories Design Contest Finalists!!

Holy UFO-abducted cow! We thought the first Theories design contest we did back in 2017 was nuts. But you guys really went OD and decided to overwhelm us with entries this year. We stopped counting after the 250th entry was tagged but it kept ticking away so i'm sure we're getting close to 300 at this point.

So how do you take 300 entries and boil it down to 10 finalists? My goodness, it's simply not possible. There were too many awesome designs and so many that were completely unique and out of left field. So we have done our best, debated it heavily in the office and settled on 10 finalists. So take a gander at the list below of our 10 favorite entries and artists and then vote in the comments and on Instagram to let us know who you think should be the winning graphic. It's gonna be a battle but hopefully we can all settle on one to hold it down for the whole contest. Thanks SOOOO much to everyone who participated. This was an amazing experience to see such a beautiful outpouring of support and participation. So much amazing work we couldn't be happier with the result. Ok......enjoy!

@lucas_blackarms submitted several awesome designs over the last 2 weeks. We had a hard time picking a favorite and settled on this creepy alien Jesus.

RIP to Miss Cleo. This one puts smiles on the faces of all of us in the office so we had to include @axelsonart really rad piece.

We probably received more pyramid submissions than anything else. Even more than aliens, which is saying a lot. But this submission by @screeeenn was just subtle yet beautiful enough that nearly all of us had it in our top 10.

@coulson created a gaggle of really impressive designs over the last 2 weeks and we literally had 3 different ones in our top picks. But this Seinfeld concept really took the cake and HAD to make it to our top 10

@james.keddie submitted this collage piece almost immediately after we launched the contest and it remained as one of the staff favorites the whole way through. Haunting yet beautiful.

@m.i.k.e.f.i.t.z. put in some serious work with this brilliant piece. We ideally wanted the designs to all focus around Theories and not TOA but this was too good to not showcase

@fallingstages sent us a pdf with an insane amount of designs. Way too many to choose from but this design was our favorite out of the whole collection.

@sk8bort crushed it with this insane entry. How could we not include this piece!

@_scholz got this entry in right in the nick of time. It gives us the feel of the original Tron video game and movie mixed with The Lawnmower Man or something with a similar 80's sci-fi vibe.
