Orchard Goes Wild In The Streets
It's pretty much a given that the staple skate shop video is a torturous test of patience as you suffer though a seemingly endless parade of Lil' Jimmy's and Tiny Timmy's to reach the final part of the local handrail hero. But Boston, Mass' Orchard Skate Shop is definitely not your staple skate shop and they've had the benefit of cutting their editing and video making teeth on several other video projects already. And although they've brought us some awesome s probably the most amazing mix of talent and personalities I've seen in ages. The video went live today on the Thrasher site and if you haven't gotten to check it out I urge you to do so and get hyped for a weekend of shredding…
If I mentioned every skater I was stoked to see in this video, you'd end up giving up after reading halfway through the list. But altogether, 'Stone Soup' has all the right ingredients and I found myself pleasantly surprised throughout. But I'll have to say I'll probably have to give it to Lee Berman as my favorite part. So stoked to see him come through with such a rad full part. And Broderick came pretty damn close to stealing the show again as well. Fuckin sick. Good job to Orchard and congratulations to the entire Boston skate scene for a great job.
Enjoy.
