RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
If you have an account, please find the return request link within your order details page, seen at the top right of the screen, and fill out the necessary details to submit your return claim.
Return shipping for approved non-sale items are to be covered by the customer unless a mistake has been made on our part.
Please provide us with a tracking number to supply our warehouse as proof of shipment and to track your return. Include your name & order # on a slip of paper inside your package, so we can properly process your return.
When your return has been processed you will be notified by email of your return status. Exchanges are issued by a store credit, use your unique code at checkout to apply your credit to your new order. Only approved returns for non-sale items will be refunded.
